Grocery Store Tours

Give Me 1 Hour Of Your Time And I Will Revolutionize The Way You Grocery Shop Forever

Are you confused about what to look for on a food label?  Do you wonder if what you are getting at the grocery is actually healthy or made to look healthy by the food manufacturers?  Are you frustrated by all the different studies on nutrition contradicting themselves and not know what foods to buy?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions then I highly recommend you come out for my next grocery tour that will open your eyes to the crazy life of a grocery store and find out how to eat to lose weight, stave off disease, and look and feel amazing.

I have been giving grocery tours for 8 years now, and I really believe that for 1 hour of time, there is nothing more powerful I can do, then teach someone how to shop and what to look for and what to avoid.

Here are just a few things we will cover:

-How to read a food label the right way

-Dissect the food items you eat on a regular basis that you aren’t sure whether they are good or bad

-Which veggies and fruits should you run to, and which ones you should turn your back on

-The fruits and veggies that you should buy organic and the ones that you shouldn’t waste your money buying organic

-What kinds of fat, cheeses, dairy, and yogurts that are the best and worst

-The best sources of meat and the types you should never feed your kids

-Which bread is actually good for you

-The type of peanut butter you MUST get rid of from your house

-The frozen dinner trap

-What in the frozen section is actually good for you

-The healthiest ice cream in the freezer (this might surprise you)

-A healthy dip to put on your veggies

-Strategies to shopping the most efficient

-Debunk the lies that the food manufacturers put on the packaging

-And much, much more…

This hour might not only help you lose significant amounts of weight, but can change the way your family eats for good.

Our next dates are Monday and Tuesday night May 12 and 13th at 6:30 pm.  We will meet at the Copp’s on Whitney Way and Odana and will convene in the entrance by the fruits and veggies.  The investment for this is just $25.  You will receive a food magnet with all the healthiest foods that you can take with you on your next shopping trip.

I am also bringing the tours to the East Side of Madison at Hy-vee.  We have 4 times to choose from.  3:30 and 4:30 pm on May 14th and 15th.

When registering at the bottom in the notes section of the checkout page, please let me know which time you are planning on attending.  Bring a small notebook to take notes if you would like.
