How to Handle Life When Your Mom, Brother, and Sister-in-Law Unexpectedly Die

Tessa_3Today’s story is tragic in one sense, and inspiring in another.  I want to introduce you to Tessa.  Tessa is now one of my best friends, and also the manager of the Transformation Center, and far more wise and mature than most 22 year olds. This past year has been a rough one for Tessa, but her attitude has not only inspired me, but the hundreds of clients at the Transformation Center and beyond.

In this video you will discover some incredible tips to help overcome the tragedies that life will throw at us. I have seen family tragedy destroy a person for long periods of time, causing them to not take care of themselves and begin a sad and awful spiral. We all handle challenges differently, but remembering to take care of yourself throughout the process is so important and will help you cope.
I am very proud of Tessa.  Since this video, she started working at the TC, and works out 2-3 times per week with us.  She has become an elite national stair climber, and has hired a Tri coach to compete in a half Ironman this summer.
