Signs You are Overtraining

I received a great email from a client so instead of just writing her back, I decided to make a video and ask my buddy drew to chime in and give his unique perspective on the situation.

If you haven’t checked out Drew’s amazing juicing information, click here to learn from the best when it comes to juicing fruits and vegetables.

Drew focuses on high end coaching where he will come to your house and live with you for a couple days and keep tabs on you for a 6 month body transformation.  As you can tell he focuses heavily on the mindset and nutrition.  The fee for this service is $25,000, if you are interest, leave a comment in the section below and I can forward that to Drew.

What perfect timing: I am on day 8 of being really sick. Thanks so much for posting this! I love the reminder to eat kale & collard greens. I’ll try to find organic ones tomorrow!
I especially appreciated hearing your 2 different opinions on whether or not to take days off working out. I agree that everyone is different and what works for one may not work for someone else. It just helps to hear it from 2 experts. Keep it coming! your info. is ALWAYS so helpful!

  2. Nice job, guys :)…….you politely disagreed and made your mamas proud to see you mind
your manners-ha! But seriously, Drew, in that other video when you made him a green
drink, did he really tell you flat out that it was the worst tasting stuff he ever had?? No beating around the bush or anything for Dustin, huh? 🙂 When you come home this weekend, we just might have to drag out the ole juicer and see if we can top that verdict, Dustin! Drew, if you read this, I have a question for you re raw milk cheese and grass fed
cheese; Trader Joe’s has both kinds, but none that have both qualities. If you had to choose, which would you consider the most important? Now if we had Jordan Rubin’s
cheese, no need to pick one or the other :). T.J’s grass fed is from New Zealand, so my
thoughts are that this could trump any raw milk (and of course T.J. uses no growth hormones in any of their products)……….your thoughts?
