How To Prevent Rounded Shoulders and Upperback Pain

I hope you have enjoyed the workouts Davey and I did when we were together in CT.  The next installment of workouts will be with us in Las Vegas. Then, when I go visit him in Huntington Beach, CA next week, I will try to film more videos with him.

One major problem I see in both men and women is poor posture and upper back issues. This issue is especially prevalent in women who are constantly carrying young kids.

Today’s exercise combo, the ‘Fro” workout, will help with these posture problems and tone the biceps. The best part is that it only takes a couple of minutes!

  2. The first exercise is shown in a “half-standing” position, which I would not be able to manage with my bad knees. Is there a way to modify it and still get the same results/intensity?
