Worthless Fitness Gadgets/Infomercial Product

One of the things that gets me the most mad are all the infomercials out there that come up with the most worthless inventions to take advantage of desperate people looking for a quick fix.  Click here to check out a previous post I wrote about this subject.  Check this video out from the Ellen show.  At least she is making fun of it and not endorsing it!  By the way, I still haven’t heard back from Ellen, but I am determined to get on her show!

Have you ever bought an infomercial product and regret buying it later because it didn’t work or you never used it? Please share with us in the comment box below!

  1. I have seen this once before it would go well with the shaker weights

  2. That is the most HILARIOUS thing I have ever seen!! Who in the world would buy such a thing. Surely there are some legal issues that need to be addressed!

    Too funny…

  3. Too funny!! It’s been a while since I laughed so hard that I had tears running down my face. The chair might make for an interesting work day though 🙂 Thanks Dustin!

  4. Love it! That thing really gets going! I like the comment about adding the shaker weights–that would be a great video clip! 🙂 Are you going to add these to class, Dustin????

  5. That’s hilarious!

  6. I saw that episode, so funny!! Thanks for sharing and giving us a good laugh to start off our Mon!! See you at 9:45!!

  7. Awesome! Everyone at work was wondering what I was laughing so hard at. I told them we should each get one.

  8. Oh my goodness – I don’t even have speakers on my computer at work and I am still in tears … That is hilarious!!! 🙂

  9. it may not have workout benefits, but that thing has some SERIOUS potential! hahaha!

  10. That cracked me up!!! Years ago I bought the thighmaster and was showing my husband, it slipped off my legs and nearly took my husbands head off. But that didn’t stop me I have a graveyard of info gadgets in my basement.

  11. Tears!!! And without computer speakers!!! 😀 LOL!!!

  12. This was so funny I was running out of my classroom looking for people to show it to after school today. I think I will show it at our next staff meeting. We have talked about having kids sit on therapy balls in class, but I think we should give the Hawaii chair a shot! Pee your pants hilarious!!

  13. I don’t know Dustin, I think you may be selling this piece of equipment short – it looked like they were getting quite a workout just trying to stay in the chair! Hilarious! Thanks for the belly laugh – those can double as minnie workouts too.
