One of the most frequently asked questions I get from people looking to get in shape is, what supplements do you recommend?

I believe supplements are very important and can help people out a lot, but I find people are looking for the "secret" supplement that will be a short cut to them reaching their goals.  Without proper nutrition and exercise supplements are not going to do much for you.  I very seldom recommend supplements to someone who has very poor eating habits, and isn't very active.  I believe it is more important for them to start making wiser choices before considering supplements.  But, once a person is eating pretty good, and doing some exercise there are a few supplements I recommend.
