If you are looking for home workout DVDs that WORK you are in the right place. These DVDs are designed to be like me in your living room training you at home. I show you tons of progression and modifications to all exercises. The DVDs feature regular women like yourself who have gone through the programs and achieved incredible results. The DVDs use minimal equipment. All you will need are a couple sets of dumbbells (10,15′s to start with), a stability ball (55cm recommended), yoga mat (optional), and a sturdy chair or bench.
The Fit Moms For Life Monthly DVD program is perfect if you like to have structure and know what you are going to do each and everyday. This is our most comprehensive program and it includes eating plans along with the workouts. Each DVD contains a full 60 minute workout that contains 30 minutes of body toning strength training, 10 minutes of tummy toning abs, 8 minutes of burst training to burn the fat, and a nice warm up and cool down. It also features a 12 minute cooking or nutrition segment followed by an interview with the mom featured in the DVD. This is a 12 month program and each DVD progresses upon the previous. FMFL: Buns Guns Back and Shoulders. These 4 DVDs were created based off the requests for workouts that lasted 10-15 minutes. Many people don’t have the time for 30-60 minute workouts, and that is ok! Also many people are happy with certain areas of their bodies while other areas make them self-conscious. You might have great looking arms, but the lower half of the body sags and is larger than you would like. If that is the case, you can skip the arm workouts, and just focus on the butt and thigh workouts. These 4 DVDs contain 12 workouts, and interviews with 4 of the women in the DVDs. You will also get an eating plan that is designed to promote fat loss.
Babytone DVDs are for those moms who have babies from 2 months to about 20 months. There are 8 short 10 minute workouts that you can do with your baby. These workouts solve the problem of not having enough time, and also not wanting to leave you baby alone while you workout. These workouts will bring a smile to your face and will provide extra bonding with your baby. There are 2 DVDs as well as an interview with Alecia who is the star of the DVD. She will share her secrets to how she was able to get back into shape so quickly after having her baby. I will also coach you through different stroller exercises and workouts.
FMFL Got Core DVDs: These are the #1 selling DVD and have helped thousands of people, lose weight, tighten their stomach, and eliminate back pain. Join myself and Abby “abs” Brockman as we take you through a journey to create an amazing stomach. You will start off at level one and slowly progress up to the level 8. Each workout lasts about 15 minutes and is done mostly on the stability ball. The ball allows the back to be supported, while providing an unstable surface for you to work with. This isn’t just going to work the abs, but is designed to get the whole body involved. These workouts have also helped golfer hit the ball 20-40 yards longer and provide the endurance to feel good after 18 holes.
FMFL Ultimate Buddy Bootcamp: These DVDs were created based off the countless emails I received asking if I had any DVDs similar to the ones that I put my bootcampers through in Madison, WI. In bootcamp we do a lot of fun partner exercises to increase the camraderie and fun factor. So these 4 DVDs contain 4 total body workouts that will have your body sweating and muscles sore. These DVDs are unique in that it also has guys in the DVDs to encourage your husbands or significant others to join you. In fact the guy in the DVD played professional hockey for 15 years so he is a stud. :) Whether you do these workouts with your kids, another girl friend, or even by yourself (most can be modified to be done alone), these workouts will challenge you and build up team spirit amongst your partner or group.
