Moms! Are you looking for a fitness program that is designed for you? As a busy mom, you don’t have endless hours to spend in the gym. Join other like-minded moms as you lift, jump, and socialize your way to the body of your dreams!
Specific Details
This class is open to all mom age woman. Each class is 45 minutes and consists of a combination of resistance training, core training, interval training, and flexibility. Of course there will also be the occasional socializing as well
We currently have 2 locations: Supreme Health And Fitness, and Waunakee Village Center.

Times: M at 9:45 AM, W/F at 9:00 and 9:45 AM, and T/Th at 8:30 AM.
Cost: We use a punch card 12 sessions for $120. First class is free!
When: This program is ongoing, so you can come and try it out any time you would like!
Chidcare: Free childcare is provided on MWF, on T/H child care is $3 per kid per visit. If this doesn’t work for you, you might consider Fit Fun Bootcamps, same type of workout, just early in the morning.

He works 2-3 muscle groups at the same time for an optimal workout for busy moms like me. He also changes the routine each time to make it fun and not the same old mundane workout each time. “After having our 5th child, my wife, Jody, started working out with Dustin. Ever since then her atittude about health, physical fitness and getting in shape has amazed me. She has gone on fitness stints before, but they were short lived. Honestly, I thought this would be the same, but I was wrong. Results came quick and this was the first time she had a trainer. I think both of those aspects gave her drive to reach her goal and the desire to set a new one. “I have found in this life, that there is a reason for things to happen,people we meet, etc.,that are beyond us and not part of the script we would write, if we were writing the script. Thank goodness, we aren’t, because we would miss out on so many interesting places we can go. I came to Mamatone by chance. I was visiting Rene and she was telling me about the class that she had been to and really loved it. She asked if I wanted to go the next day, telling me that the first visit is free. I said “sure”. I have a hard time leaving my kids in a childcare center. So when I went to Supreme to try a MamaTone class I also checked out the childcare and was pleasantly surprised. It was a comfortable atmosphere, the kids were all having fun and the caregivers were all moms and grandmas themselves.
MamaTone has taught me that it’s ok to take time for myself and I feel like a better mom for it. I’m happier, stronger, and have more energy now. My kids have fun playing with the other kids while I work out and meet new moms. I recommend this class every mom I meet.

This is the best workout class I have ever taken. It is a safe environment for those that are trying to get back in shape and fun. It is very important to take care of yourself and your kids and this system allows you to do that. It is hard work but you see results. I work better in a group when it comes to working out so this was great for me. It is hard for me to do it at home and be consistent. The blog that he does is very helpful as well… tell all of your friends to give this class a try. They will be grateful that they did.

Just tried my first MamaTone class on Friday. I have to say, it kicked my butt! I could barely walk the next day. But I was proud of myself for finshing and I KNOW that if i can stick with this class, I have the potential to be a serious Hardbody!! It’s not enough for me to lose weight anymore; I need to target my problem areas and this class does just that!

This class is like having a personal training session for the fraction of the price! Plus you get to work out with fellow moms all working towards the same goal. Mamatone definitely kicks your butt which is what we all need to get into shape especially since as moms we have limited time to workout. This class maximizes your time and its FUN!

MamaTone classes remind me of The Biggest Loser! We push trucks and have fun! Being a part of the class is like being part of a family. I don’t even feel like I’m working out, even though I’m sweatin’ like crazy! It feels great and after four classes, I’ve lost 1.6 pounds! I hope that Dustin considers doing a few evening classes for working moms

I really love this class! Dustin wants you to work hard and get results - he pushes you to try and achieve a little more. I have met a ton of great women at the class and we all enjoy laughing and pushing through a tough workout! It is a great place to really get a great sweat, build strong muscles and have some fun ‘grown-up’ time! I would highly recommend this class to any mom that wants to feel healthy and strong and be a great role model for their children.

I can’t say enough about how much I have enjoyed my first session of Dustin’s class. Everyday is a great, challenging, workout that changes from class to class. Because of that I don’t get bored and my body doesn’t become ‘immune’ to the same exercise over and over so I am already seeing results.
What I wasn’t expecting was how getting some ‘mommy time’ would affect me. Before coming to Dustin’s class I would run on the treadmill and the kids would play in the playroom next door. It seemed like it was ‘me’ time but between breaking up arguments or helping someone in the bathroom I had lots of interruptions. Now I get a full hour of time just for me. After class I really feel refreshed, ready to take on anything and my ‘patience gauge’ is back to full! Thanks Dustin for helping me become a healthier person as well a better Mommy to my kiddos!

I just moved here from Kansas city and was wondering if I could just try your mamatone class at the Village center? Also when is the next three month session start? Next week? Can I try your class this thursday the 18th to see if I want to sign up? I have 15 lbs to lose and have no motivation at the moment but heard about this class and I am interested.
