As a busy mom—or just a busy woman—you don’t have endless hours to spend in the gym. Which is why we designed this 45-minute class that will have you lifting, jumping, and socializing your way to the body of your dreams. Each class consists of a combination of resistance training, core training, interval training, and flexibility, with a little socializing thrown in to the mix! Free childcare is provided for moms, but this class is open to all women.
Location: Fit Moms Transformation Center 202 South Gammon Road across from Memorial HS
Schedule: This program is ongoing, so you can try it out any time you like. On days when two classes are scheduled, the second is usually smaller, so if you can make both times, please consider attending that one. And your first class is always free, so if you’re new to the program, attend any session to get a free taste of Fit Moms

Cost: $129/month for unlimited classes or $240 for a 20-session punch card. The first class is free to try!
