You won’t believe what Liz accomplished… PLUS a free workout video!

Today I want to share with you the story of Liz—an amazing woman who joined my Fit Moms class years ago and is now one of my trainers and an incredible inspiration to all who know her. When Liz first came to my class, she was very overweight, but she made the commitment to herself to keep showing up. Once she started moving, she got stronger and started to feel better, which kept her coming … [Read more...]

You probably haven’t heard this before…

Did you know that what you eat is responsible for roughly 80 percent of how you look and how you feel? You could exercise every day and, if you are eating a very unhealthy diet, you may still gain weight, have low energy, and perhaps even health problems such as diabetes. Eating healthy food is my second pillar of success and you won’t succeed in the long run without it. Click here for my … [Read more...]

Skip This #1 Rule And Your Life Will Be Stuck

The 15 mile, 5,500 vertical feet climb is listed as a 12-14 hour round trip. I had just gotten off the plane and had not yet acclimated to the altitude, … [Read more...]

Crying on the bathroom floor

The story I want to share with you today is from a mom named, Liz. Liz is now the head trainer at the Fit Moms Transformation Center, but if you would have known her just 4-5 years ago, you would have never guessed the path she would take.
