Pushup Variations

My good friend Drew Canole and I spent a few days in San Diego (his hometown) hanging out and filming a bunch of videos for you to enjoy and learn from.

In this video Drew shows the most basic pushup progressing towards more difficult ones.  The last pushup he shows is actually on DVD #12 of the Fit Moms For Life DVDs.

    Can Drew stay at my house?? LOL!! Hope you told him we have done all those push ups in class!!! But it’s fun to watch him “show” us how anyway!! :) Thanks for sharing Dustin!!
