What It Takes To Get Insane Results

Girls after a sweaty workout

You are in for a treat today.  I was able to pull a couple of Fit Fun Bootcampers off to the side after a workout and have them share with you the attributes of success.  Learning from those who have been successful is one of the quickest ways to getting to where you want to be.  So whether you are looking to lose 100 lbs or gain 10 lbs, this advice is priceless.

Enjoy!

Here is some of their advice:

Crystal: Be consistent with your eating, drinking, and exercise.  Surround yourself with positive people.  Share with what you have learned with others.  Click here to check out Crystal’s awesome blog and incredible insights.

Crystal Before

Brandi: Journaling what you are eating, surround yourself with positive people.  Keep water intake high.

Jennifer: Community of positive people who will push you.  Do today’s work, focus on today.  Get rid of the diet food (lean cuisines), cut out process foods.

Jennifer Before

Vanessa: Strong social support at home with husband.  Consistency, when you mess up, get right back on the wagon.  Structure, plan everything and record your numbers.

Elizabeth: Be kind to yourself, and focus on being healthy, don’t be hard on yourself.  Eat more protein.  Be a role model for your kids.

If you are looking for a home fat loss program that is similar to the program that these women are doing, I highly recommend checking out my Ultimate Body Transformation Program that includes all my DVDs, 3 eating plans, tons of audios, and phone coaching.  Click here to learn more.

Question of the day:  What attributes do you find to be successful?

Comments

  1. Way to go ladies!!! You all have so much to proud of – can’t wait to read your stories when the book comes out!!

  2. Awesome job, ladies! I agree with journaling. I think that is the most important way to keep yourself accountable.

  3. OH
    MY
    GOODNESS
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ladies ladies ladies…..wow. Way to inspire. Way to stay dedicated. Way to make a difference. You are all so so lovely and I’m so impressed with what you’ve done.

Thank you thank you for sharing!!! Team B….you’re smokin’! 🙂
Thanks for the tips too! Always great to have those reminders!

  4. Accountability! I agree with Jennifer that having someone there expecting that you are going to do it is very powerful. Confession time, some days the only reason I’m getting up and going to bootcamp is because told someone that I would!

Why is it easier for me to let myself down than to let someone else down?

Let’s see if this works: I’ll be there 5:30am tomorrow ( Thursday) at Harbor everyone! 😉

  5. OMG, BG, you’re looking significantly skinnier than you did when I last saw you 1.5 months ago. Crystal and E, if you weren’t my friends, I would be calling you s***** b******. Miss the posse. Sad about not being in the photo 🙁

  6. Wow. Really inspiring, so much fun. Wonderful to see the awesome transformations.

  7. All of you are great inspirations…keep up the amazing work ladies! And BG, so glad we are working together, you are an awesome motivator!!

  8. Great Interviews ladies! Great job with the advice – I agree with it all.

If anyone is on the fence about taking advantage of this great deal…Go for it!!!! I am also one of the people that are being featured in Dustin’s book. I agree with these ladies that the support group of the bootcamp really does make a difference. BUT, you can achieve amazing results at home too. Dustin’s blog is a great way to keep yourself motivated and you can always create your own “community” of support by getting a group of friends to do it with you. I have been doing Dustin’s Fit Mom’s for Life dvds for 1 1/2 years. I have added most of the other dvds to my collection since then. I have lost about 70 lbs from my heaviest weight. Dustin’s programs really do work great! This is a great investment in yourself…it really is a bargain.

  9. Totally inspirational, ladies! Also, I have worked out with a few of you in Dustin’s Monday and Friday classes, and let me be the first to admit that you would all run circles around me! It’s always awesome to see people go after their goals, reach them, and then keep moving forward. I wish you all the best!
