    you had said that it can help with joints. Do you mean already existing jonit problems or prevention of new ones. After running for me is a pain, my knees are sore and I had tried things like slowing down pace and skipping days without going on the tradmill. I want to be able to run a 5k will this help me with the knee joint problem.
