Valentines Day Partner Workouts
In honor of Valentines day, I would like to share with you a couple partner exercises that you can do with a loved one or with a friend. These are all pretty simple and basic but definitely work a lot of muscles and burn quite a bit of fat.

I will be seeing the movie “Valentines Day” with a friend tonight and hoping I don’t wake up with terrible calf cramps after our workout this morning

These look like fun! I hope to get my husband motivated to join me in workouts with these and they spark some other ideas to keep working out together.
