43 lbs Weight Loss Transformation Through Fit Fun Bootcamps

Tiffany before 43 lbs heavier

I am excited to share with you another one of our transformation stories today.  Her name is Tiffany and she has quietly been working out hard the past year through Fit Fun Bootcamps and has lost a total of 43 lbs so far.  I am so proud of her for many reasons.  First, she works a full time job as a nurse and has committed to working out early in the morning.  Second, she drives 30 minutes each day to come to the workouts and has to get up from her warm cozy bed at 4:30 AM!  Lastly, she is 25 lbs lighter than she has ever been in her adult life.  One of my beliefs that Tiffany has shown to be true, and one of my goals I have for each and every mom I work with, is to get them into the best shape of their life.  Tiffany has certainly done that!

When speaking with her, she said she now identifies and associates with people who are more healthy and fit.  This is such a key to short term success as well as long term healthy changes.  Being around people who make fitness part of their daily activity will improve the chances of continuing to stay fit throughout the years.

Check out her story.

Tiffany that is great. I can relate. I drive 30 minutes each day for bootcamp as well and I am up at 4am each day 5 days a week. Iam proud of my commitment to working out. And its not just the work outs through bootcamps I have learned more about nutition and good foods and bad foods and just about having better eating habits. And I agree the group setting is great because the support is half the battle. Tiffany you should be very proud of your accomplishments! Your an inspiration and another success story to prove Dustins programs work!

YEAH Tiffany!!! You’ve come a long way my friend! I remember you not loving it so much when you started at Elver…look at you now! You are so inspiring! You’re getting up at 430am to do something good for you and your family…I have no excuse to not wake up at 6am! Thanks for the motivation and for sharing your beautiful self! :)

    Tiffany,
You are an inspiration. Your determination and hard work really paid off. I remember when you joined at Elver. What kinds of changes have you done on the nutrition side? During your interview on TV, you mentioned some of the reasons I get up at 5am each morning to go to Fit Fun Bootcamps: the friendship, the support, becoming a better mom, a better co-worker, a better wife:-)… You look stunning! Keep it up.

Congrats, Tiffany! You look awesome. I wish I would have discovered the Fit Fun Bootcamps before I joined a gym, but fortunately I have the FML DVD’s and they are awesome. I have made some very drastic changes in regards to eating, and it feels great. Like Tiffany, this is the best shape I am in. I weigh 5-8 lbs less that I did in high school. Thank you so much, Dustin, for all your hard work and dedication to us women.

Thanks for all the great comments everyone! It means a lot to me that so many people want to see me succeed. I do remember that first day of boot camp and that run up the elver hill. As embarrassing as it was it was a BIG wake up call. If you would have told me 5 months ago I would be where I am today, I wouldn’t have believed you, but I’m very glad to be a healthier, happier person today! As far as my diet goes Emilie, I really did change EVERYTHING about what I eat. I just eat the way everyone tells us we all should. Lean proteins, whole grains and lots of fruits and veggies. I eat a lot of proteins to keep full. Some of my favorites are peanut butter, smoothies, cottage cheese and turkey taco meat salads. (thanks for the tip Abby!) Luckily I’m not a big sweets person, but I am not a perfect eater by any means. I still have days that I struggle or “cheat”, but that’s ok and I don’t beat myself up over it. I’m so glad I found Dustin’s bootcamp, (thanks Jody!) and I’m glad he’s shared with me great knowledge I can take with me for the rest of my life! Thanks Dustin!!!!

There is nothing impossible when you are serious of your goal. Just like Tiffany, despite of her busy life as a nurse she still have time to do exercise because she is serious to loose weight and she really discipline herself to maintain regular exercise. It is just a matter of time management and self discipline.
