got-core-graphicOn Monday Dec 14th at 7 AM CST, I will be releasing my brand new core abdominal training program called  “Got Core?”.  This has been 10 years worth of, in the trenches sweat, and 1000′s of hours in the gym.  I am so pumped for these workouts to get into the hands of everyone.  I have had well over 2000 clients go through these workouts and I had unbelievable reviews and response from the workouts.

Part of the reason for me releasing this program is the HUNDREDS of infomercials claiming amazing results with an absolutely gimmicky and awful product.  The lies that they spew out get me so IRATE that I can hardly stand it!  (ask my girlfriend, I get close to throwing things at the TV)  The reason why those behind the infomercials do it, is because they make TONS of money and CON people into believing it will work. GRRRRR!

I am not going to spill all the details out today about the DVDs themselves, or the price, but I will say that I am giving an unbelievable deal that is a no brainer, many of you will also want to buy extras for Christmas gifts!

One of the best parts about these DVDs is that I created 8 different levels of workouts, so anyone can benefit from these workout.  Both men and women, young and old, fit and unfit.  There is so much versatility that is caters to everyone!

BUT!!!

I only have 900 copies and expect them to be gone within the first week.  So make sure to be on my newsletter list to be the first to get the link to order.

I want to give away my first 3 copies of the DVDs to 3 people!

So hear is the deal!

Post a comment in the box below explaining why you would benefit from these core workouts.  Explain in detail why you want the workouts, and how they would change your body.

Bonus!  The three winners I select will also get a 15 minute phone consultation to accelerate your transformation

Be sure to have your response in by Midnight on Wednesday night, I will announce the winner on friday.

Hey Dustin, I am very interested in working out with your new core CD. I am 46 almost 47 years old and have tried virtally everything over the past few years to lose weight. I think from everything I have read on your website as well as what i’ve heard from others that have tried your plans that I would indeed benefit from using them. I currently carry most of my weight in my belly and cannot stand it. I believe that using your CD atleast 3 times per week, I can slim this belly back down to what it used to be, pre children and pre menopause.

On a side note I want to thank you for putting the time and research into something for moms. It’s tuff being a mom, working 50+ hours a week and running kids here there and everywhere. I don’t ever put myself first and am always stressed out. I believe that’s half my battle with my weight. I was very inspired by your story and why you started all of this. It’s awesome!!

Do you know if you would very offer your Boot Camp classes in the evenings anywhere? Until next year there is no way for me to make the 5:30 am class as my children are still too small to get themselves ready and on the bus in the morning.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey Dustin! I am currently having the “bootcamp” experience in Mt. Horeb with Deb and after my 1st week, I am excited about next weeks to come. I almost 40 and after years of emotional eating I am deciding that enough is enough and that I am ready for a life change. I carry my weight in my belly and feel very unhealthy. My main goal is to become healthy and losing weight in the process is just a bonus!

I would love to get a FREE copy of your DVD so that I can do this in conjuction with my bootcamp, I would be able to work at this everyday.

Look forward to hearing from you!
Susan

As Christine said in her comment, THANK YOU for putting so much effort into helping others get healthy!

Got Core? I want to say yes! Knowing that our strength and power comes from our core and having a strong core can prevent injury and keep us healthy makes me want to work hard and transform myself. A flat tummy is nice, but being strong, balanced and confident is even better. I think this workout would be a great compliment to my weekly MamaTone workouts.

Hi Dustin. I attended your bootcamp last spring, and it helped me jump start a consistent workout schedule. I HAVE to do something every day (except Sunday — my day off). Once in a while I can’t make it to the club or a class, so I head to the basement. I definitely quit sooner if someone isn’t there to tell me to do “one more”. I need that motivation at home for those days that I can’t get out. Pick me, pick me, pick me :-)

Thanks for everything!

Hey Dustin!

I have learned SO much about how to exercise the RIGHT way for my goals of getting fit and getting rid of the “baby pooch” I have. I am the 35 year old proud mommy of 5 kids (11 years old and younger) and have never liked to exercise, but just seeing those short 2-3 minute videos clips have helped me realize that even just SOME movement in the right places is attainable in my busy days.

In just the past 2 weeks, I have lost 4 pounds, my face looks thinner and my pants aren’t so tight! :o ) I know that your “Got Core” DVD will help motivate me to meet my goal of losing 25 pounds AND being a size 6 again. Haven’t seen that since 1997! :o )

Dustin,

Congratulations!! :-)
I know how excited you are to put another truthful tool out there to help educate and change people’s lives (and abs) for the better. Abby seems very pumped about the project as well.

As for winning a free dvd, of course I would love that. You have seen and measured my core more then once and know first hand that there is major room for improvement. However, I live in Madison, talk to you regularly and have the opportunity to work with you in person. There are many deserving people out there that do not have those opportunities. I know you will select three people that will truly appreciate and benefit from your generosity.

I look forward to the 14th when this is released. Perhaps that will be my Christmas gift to myself and husband. Was not planning on anything else for us this year.

Thanks again for everything.

Hi Dustin,

I rely on your fitmomsforlife dvd’s and feel like I’m a part of the fitness and bootcamp community and family you have created, even though I’m in another county. Your new Core DVD would be an excellent addition to my fitness is for life. As a 53 yr old woman and mom to two college age children, I want to be a role model to those in my age group that age is just a number and I can and will look great no matter what my age! This new dvd is going to be a “must have”

Thanks Dustin

Hi Dustin,
I have been receiving your e-mails for awhile now, have seen you on the morning show, and want to thank you for your motivation, enthusiasm, and inspiration! I have yet to actually attend any of your classes however! :) I would so love to be able to , but am stretched pretty thin both financially and with my time as well. But, having a 1 year old, I do need to start something, especially for my left over baby belly. I would love this opportunity to check out your new DVD and to jump start some new goals and habits for myself!
Thanks!

I have been the “fat kid”,the “fat friend”, the “fat sister” for too long. I used to be a cardio addict but in just a week of attending your bootcamp classes I see that cardio alone is NOT the answer! I would love to have this dvd to help me develop my core and complement the great bootcamp workouts each morning! This dvd would help me from ever being labeled as “fat” anything ever again!! Thanks to you and Abby for all that you do.

I have been working with Abby at the MadTownTwister Bootcamp and am looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of this core DVD. Abby is the queen of core! I told her that I need to get rid of this apple first before I can see my core! I’ve been keeping at MamaTone and then Bootcamp for almost a year (it will be a year come Christmas) and I’m down from a size 22 to a size 16 so I know I’m losing inches around the waist and everywhere else–hooray! Now I can take the next step and focus on my trouble spots. I would like to work on my weak lower back (thanks Abby for reminding us–constantly–to bend those knees and stick out that tush, I need to hear that). I hope to use this DVD to concentrate on building strength in both my back and my front. And I’ll enjoy the added benefits of improved posture and actually being able to hold my feet on a Swiss ball in the plank position (instead of my knees). Gotta remember to keep breathing…

Hi Dustin,

My core needs some serious work. I’m great at getting in my workouts, but I generally neglect core and stretching for other work, and it shows. I have 3 kids, and my body doesn’t take the abuse it used to, and the protest usually starts in my back. I’d love to have a strong core so I can keep up with my kids without grimacing from back pain.

Thanks, and keep up the great work!

Dustin,

I am a 42 year old home schooling Mom of eleven. I have given birth to my children over 22 years of marriage. My oldest is 20 and my youngest just turned 2. With every baby I have streched my tummy and added a few pounds. I weighed 100 on our wedding day and now weigh between 135-140.

My honey and I have been doing your first DVD every other day for two weeks. I am commited, but wonder if there is any hope for my well-worn body.

Thanks!

Mother of seven children – need I say more?
Somewhere along the line, I think I lost my core.
I happily took on the task of teaching my kids to soar.
But every now and again, I wonder what its all for,
as I look in the closet at the beautiful things I once wore.
And hear the kids say the stories of my former svelte self are nothing but fairy tale and lore.
I could go on, but I don’t want to be a bore.
and if I don’t get busy working out soon, I’ll never get through the door.
So, watch out kids, its time for mommy to roar — as I take on the challenge of toning my core!

Having you “in” my living room, coaching me from the TV has been a HUGE blessing! I’ve never enjoyed working out and taking care of my body until I stumbled across your Fit Moms For Life DVDs! I love that your passion and focus is on Moms. My husband and I have a biological daughter and have been in the long process (over a year) of adopting a two-year old Native American boy. The stress and emotional rollercoaster has really taken a toll on my body. I have gained over 20 lbs in the last two years and my heart and desire is to get back to the basics and focus on my core and getting healthy again. Thank you for offering these 3 copies for FREE!

In the past few years I have taken up running. Having run five 5Ks and half marathon…I didn’t feel nearly as good as I used to when I lifted weights. After doing some research online with a friend who said the same thing after running her first half marathon, we came upon your website. Well, Mr. Anti-Long Distance Cardio – You’ve got me back to lifting weights and I feel great! I just received the FitMomsForLife DVD #1 a few weeks ago and LOVE IT! I have even recruited some other mom’s to your website and signing up for the DVDs also!

If you cant come to give us some personal one-on-one Mama Tone in North Dakota…please send your Core!

Hi Dustin – I’ve been keeping up with you and many of the moms that you work with but haven’t taken the plunge into really being serious about the exercises. But, not any more. I’m ready.

I have no kids yet but am hoping to have them soon. My biggest fear is that I won’t have enough core strength to handle a healthy pregnancy without agrivating the issues I have with my back. I know that a strong core would help in so many ways during pregnancy and I hope that getting started now would help establish lasting healthy habits that I can continue to use after childbirth.

Thanks for all your dedication and to all the awesome women who have already committed to Dustin’s program, Keep Rockin!

I’m excited for these new DVDs! I’ve been wanting to try your bootcamps, but now that I don’t live in Madison anymore, it’s just not as easy.

I’ve been wanting to take the next step in working out and since I’m still working on raising support, this would be a great time to get a jump start on it. When I get back to working on campus full-time, I want to have the energy and stamina to keep up with all of the college students I will be working with!

Also, I’ve been watching my dad, uncle & aunt deal with some pretty painful & serious back problems lately and I don’t want that to be me. So the core workout is looking pretty good to me since I know that will help me strengthen & prevent many of the back problems they are dealing with.

Thanks Dustin!

Hi Dustin,

I am a 45 year old woman that has had back problems since I was 19. When I was 26, I started doing martial arts thinking the stretching and working out would help my back. It did to a point, but I still had problems. Even with working out several times a week, I started gaining weight. By the time I was 33, I had gained 50 pounds. Then in 1997, my mother passed away unexpectedly and within the next 6 months, I had gained an additional 40 pounds. In 2004, I had to quit the martial arts because I just couldn’t do it anymore becuz of my back. Since that time, I have had my ups and downs concerning my back. I have been sick a lot and almost lost my job becuz of being off work due my back. I know one thing that would help is to strengthen my core, but everytime I start an exercise program, I tend to overdo it and end up hurting myself again.

I’m hoping your new DVD’s would help me start back on the road to recovery and possbily get back into the martial arts one day so I can earn my black belt (I have been one belt away 3 times!). I would like to get into the bootcamps, but I know I wouldn’t be able to do a lot becuz of my back problems. I think once I get my core strengthened and my back to the point of having no pain, I can start doing more and lose the weight I have gained.

Hi Dustin, I have been using your workout DVD’s for about 5 months now and am impressed with the changes I am seeing in my body. I have been committed to sports and exercise since I was a teenager and just celebrated my 47th birthday, so I have seen many trends come and go. While my weight is not an issue, the strength gains I have made since starting your workouts are really noticeable. I’ve also been able to save quite a bit of time on cardio as I have always done extended cardio workouts on alternate days of resistance training. I am so impressed by the short bursts of intense cardio and how they work as well at maintaining my cardiovascular fitness as a 45 minute run several times a week. (I love to run so I am still getting in a run or two a week, but I feel like it takes longer for me to get winded now!)
I feel that what is key with your workouts is the way you focus on multiple muscle groups and strengthening muscles that are important in everyday functioning of our bodies, those muscles we don’t “see” visible improvement in but we feel their strength making our daily movements easier as we progress. The muscles necessary to support good posture and form in everyday movement that I don’t always take the time to do. I can’t wait to apply this kind of work to my core with your new DVD’s. So thanks for all your hard work!

Hello Dustin, I am really enjoying the 21 day rapid fat loss bootcamp. I even went today with the snowy roads! My core is where I need the most work, so I would LOVE to win your new core dvd!!! I gave birth to twins almost three years ago and I am just starting to workout regularly again. I remember trying to do some abs after I was all healed and ready to workout again. I could BARELY do a crunch….it was insane how stretched out and weak my abs were!! I was on bedrest in the hospital for six weeks before I gave birth to our twins, so I had an extra dose of inactivity before being so busy with two newborns at once, plus my teenage son.
I hope to supplement bootcamp with some serious core work!
Thanks for all your attention and care. We Moms NEED someone like you to push us to take care of ourselves…

My wife, Vanessa, is one week into your Holiday Bootcamp and I just wanted to let you know what a huge impact it has had on her and on our entire family. Of course, I love knowing that she is getting healthier and stronger with your workouts, but the real success is the change I have witnessed in her head. She feels better about herself, is more optimistic, more patient with the kids and has tons more energy. It has been a long journey. Vanessa has dealt with anxiety and depression for the past ten years as well as a subclinical hypothyroid. She made the decision a year ago to go off drugs and fight her battles by enlisting a holistic nutritionist, your DVDs and some mindfulness/meditation classes. The Core DVD would make a great stocking stuffer for her and, ahem, me too! Keep up the good work!

Morning Dustin!
I really anxious to try the core video. I am going to purchase one regardless but of course free and phone coaching would be an added bonus. I have been faithfully comming to bootcamp for 7 months and the last month have started going 5 mornings a week. I am devoted totally to working out and even though I am losing inches I do have alot of work on my stomach and arms to go.. I am focused and will not quit on my goals. I live outside of Madison but thankfully I can get ready for work at my daughters apartment otherwise I wouldnt even be able to attend bootcamps. I know the stronger my core is .. the stronger I will be in general. I have alot of back issues and I am hoping with getting in better shape and be overall stronger that this to will help my back. Although all your dvds I have so far I put to good use .. the core sounds exciting and very challenging. I like to challenge myself. I am amazed at the things I couldnt do at first that I can do now.. Planks.. pushups without being on my knees. I have come along way from the beginning but have a long way to go. there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi Dustin,

I have enjoyed taking your Mamatone class. As I am due with my third child in June, I know that I am going to need the extra work to get my core and abs back into shape after delivery. I would love to have your new DVD to help aid me in getting back to my prechild weight and shape. Mamatone is great and it has made a big difference in my life, but I know that I can use additional help.

Thanks for all you do. You have been able to help me do something that I have never been succesful with, sticking to an exercise program.

Thank you.

Hi Dustin!

Congratulations on the upcoming release of your DVD – what a great addition to the services you already provide!

I hope you will consider me as a candidate to win one fo the three free DVD’s for several reasons.

First, when my second daughter was born two-and-a-half years ago, my midwife told me that the seperation in my stomach muscles was so great that they would never heal properly. In an effort to prove her wrong, I’ve spent the last two years doing crunches, but with little to no results. I had nearly given up hope when I found your program. I’ve since realized that my approach was all wrong – I need to focus on developing my core strength in order to get my stomach back!

Second, I am deeply commited to your program. Before starting Mamma Tone a couple of months ago, and boot camp last week, I was a long distance runner, logging four or five five to ten mile runs a week. In the last year, I gained seven pounds. The more mileage I added, the more weight I gained. Since starting boot camp and your eating plan last week, I have already lost FIVE pounds, an inch around my hips, and a little more than that in my waist! I can’t wait for more!!!

Finally, on a purely practical note, my husband is a Ph.D. student and I am a stay-at-home mom, so winning the DVD would be very helpful from a financial perspective.

Thank you for your consideration, and regardless of who wins the DVD’s, thank you for everything!

Dustin,

I have your Fit Mom’s For Life DVD ordered. It hasn’t come yet, but I am very excited to get started.

I am a busy mom of 7. I have a 13 year old daughter, twins that turn 12 tomorrow, triplets that will be 8 in January, and a 4 year old son. Three of these deliveries were by c-section and my OB doctor told me my muscles are shot. I will not accept that. I know I can rebuild and shape my body with some hard work and your guidance.

Immediately after the birth of our last child, I joined weight watchers. I lost 40 lbs and kept that off until I started running long distance. I have run several 5ks, 10ks and most recently a half marathon and during that training, saw about 10 lbs come back on.

About a year ago, I quit weight watchers and went to a whole food, organic diet, which our whole family follows. After feeling totally depleted from that half marathon, I discovered your burst training video. I have been doing burst training, along with some strength training for about a month and have lost 5 lbs and feel great!

My husband and I are both committed to health and fitness and modeling this behavior at home so that our children grow up being healthy and fit adults. I know that your core video would be a perfect fit in our home and that my husband and children would use it as well.

Please consider our family as recipients for your new DVD. This DVD will NOT sit on the shelf in our house. We will use it and it will benefit 9 people!

Thank you for your dedication to moms!

Miri @ 11:21 am #

Hi Dustin,

I would benefit from the core DVD because after two c-sections, my core could use some serious strength training. Plus, my lower back has been pretty weak these days and I think its due to a weak core! Picking up my kids (2.5 years and 8 months) makes it harder on my back and again, I think a stronger core could help with that.

On another note, I practice yoga and as you know, I am a yoga teacher too. I am working on inversions these days – handstand specifically but also forearm stand. These poses require a lot of core strength and I think my poses would improve dramatically with more core strength.

Lastly, my 8 month old is STILL not sleeping through the night so I have had to put my morning workouts on hold because of literal exhaustion in the morning. Having a DVD with your expertise behind it would allow me to workout at home when the kids are in bed at night. I should probably pick up fit moms for life too!

Thanks for considering me!
Miri

Dustin,

I want my boobs stick out farther than my stomach. (Yes, I know, it’s a little raw, but I want my body back and honestly, that’s the best way to describe it!)

Since I had 2 children within 2 years of each other over the last 2.5 years (my oldest is 2.5 now), I have had a little problem with this area. In addtion, we are thinking getting pregnant again with our third child (looking to start officially in Feb). I want to get this under control before that happens.

Addtionally, with our recent move and schedules changing, it’s increasingly harder for me to get out of the house to work out. However, on a positive note, I have had my husband working out to the couple Mama Tone dvd’s I have of yours already. So, this wouldn’t only help me, but help my husband with his problematic middle section :)

Thanks Dustin for all your hard work and always making me feel like I could achieve whatever goals I set for myself and more. You’re very motivational and positve!

I am cracking up at all these amazing entries! How will you ever pick 2 other people besides me? :)

I loved and was committed to the 5:30 a.m. Boot Camp for a little over 10 months. As you know I was really feeling pretty badly about myself and took 90 days off (which I don’t recommend!).

Now that I’m back on the wagon I would LOVE to have the Core DVDs (remember me even asking about them again this morning? *hint hint*).

After my first two kids I was still able to get my body back, but after a 3rd child in less than 5 years in my 30s…well, it’s not a pretty picture. With a move right after that third child (6 years ago) I have gained 40 pounds and just can’t seem to shake it.

I want to get back to being the hot mom! :)

And, with my boobs (and whoever out there thinks bigger boobs would be great — you’re oh so wrong, sweethearts) I have always had back problems. I would really love to step up my core and know it would help with my posture, too. And, that would result with my chin held a little higher — which would be great. :)

Thanks for your patience with me.
love Alicia

I would love to get your core DVD’s. I’m currently doing your Mama Tone DVD’s at home and having a great time. Stephanie and I actually doing them together on Wednesdays. My husband and I plan on starting a family this coming spring, thus I’m trying really hard to get in better shape and specifically tone up my midsection. The Got Core DVD’s would be the perfect addition to the rest of your Mama tone DVD’s to help me get in the best shape before a little bambino comes along :) My goal is to be a happy and healthy role model for my family, friends and most importantly one day for my children!

It’s great to come across exercise recommendations that actully make some sense! I used to do the endless crunches thing, but I wound up with back problems which disappeared when I stopped the classic crunch routine.

I want to set a good example for my 2 kids to lead a healthy life style and to exercise in a productive way(and most organized sport activities are out of our newly downsized budget). I like your tips and techniques because they are realistic and less like drudgery than so many others–so there is real hope that they will be used!

Well, since I live in British Columbia, Canada, the chances of me ever making it to a Mamatone class on time are SLIM and NONE! Winning the core dvd and a 15 minute phone consultation would be fantastic!

I have been doing the first fitness dvd for a couple of weeks now and I love it. I can feel my arms especially gaining so much strength. I have had 3 children and the muscles in my core are shot. My diastasis recti measures well past 4 fingers in the gap. I have tried what feels like everything to get my core in shape. It is so frustrating to have people ask when I am due…especially when for the most part we do eat healthy and try to stay active in our family. The depression hits every time I have to reply, “Um…I’m not expecting.”

Thanks for putting together such great programs Dustin. Regardless of whether you pick my entry or I have to buy one, I can’t wait to get a hold of this DVD and be able to answer “Yes! I GOT CORE!”

Hello Dustin,

HELP!! I have 2 wonderful little boys, but my body definitely shows signs of my pregnancies. Goodbye waist, hello belly- yuck! And since the birth of my 1st son, I have had back problems and surgery.

I have tried to maintain a healthy body on my own, but am often confused and overwhelmed with the “health” information available: eat carbs, don’t eat carbs, eat fiber, eat honey not sugar, do cardio exercise, do strength training. etc, etc, etc. You see what I mean.

I have heard you on Wisconsin Public Radio, you are one of my favorite guest experts on the “Larry Meiller Program.” I enjoy hearing your answers to the callers’ questions.

I’m ready to take control and get a strong healthy body, and to teach my family and friends how to have their own healthy body. Thank you for your website and your desire to share your expertise with others!

Hi Dustin,

I have been a dedicated bootcamper in Mount Horeb since the summer and have seen amazing results in my strength and ability to keep up during cardio portions of our workouts. Recently, I have been maintaining but not really losing any more weight. Many of the core exercises that we do at bootcamp are very hard for me and I haven’t seen as much of an improvement in the strength of those muscles as I have noticed in my arms and legs. A DVD program for core exercises that I could work on at home would give me the boost that I need to get back on track and keep going in the right direction.

Please consider me for a Got Core DVD and thanks for all that you have already done for me and all the healthier moms out there in the Madison area!

I am not near Madison at all, but love reading your posts, your ideas, and your website. I am a 47 year old Mom to 4, and a grandma to 1. After being a devout gym member for years, I have had to let my gym membership lapse. Part of it is the economy, part is the fact that I have been working 50+ hours at my job each week, and partly because I just was no longer getting results. I am ready to try something new, that I can do at low cost, and see some results. I would LOVE to try your new DVD!

Dustin… I am very interested in your core workout dvd. I can not attend your boot camps although I would l love to due to the fact that I live in Dodgeville, and work full time. I also am a mom of twins and have lost successfully 120 pounds which I have managed to keep off. However being 43 years old, and currently recovering from an ankle fusion, I have difficulty keeping the last 20 off that I want to lose. I love getting your newsletter and do my best to eat clean. My biggest problem area is my core.. that is where all my weight sits.

I hope to hear from you. thanks again for your awesome newsletter.

Dustin, thank you for the opportunity to win (or I assume purchase?) your core DVD. For years I have been an avid and dedicated runner and soccer player. I am in my 40′s, and within the last 2 years have been experiencing injuries like I have never seen before. After many visits to PT and sports medicine, I realize (& have been told) my core is the key. I hunt all over for new ways to engage myself in core activities, and feel after hearing you on Wisconsin Public Radio, that your DVD will likely be the impetus I need to really nail down a strong core. Thanks for the opportunity.

Dustin, each time I receive an email from you I get excited. In one respect or the other they always encourage me to keep going. I am currently in Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I’m limited to the exercises that I can do. I’ve been focusing on lower body and……THOSE ABS. I don’t just have 1 baby pooch i’ve got SIX baby pooches! one for each of my children. I’ve been trying so hard to learn the “correct” exercises and I admit, i’m a victim of one of those ab infomercials you want to throw things at. LOL Once and for all I would love to be able to have CORRECT information, CORRECT exercises and CORRECT my abdomen area.
I think it is awesome that you are taking the time to read each of our comments and individual needs and experiences. That in itself is amazing to me, so knowing that you care that much about “us” makes me feel like a winner already.

keep up the great work. you are more important than you realize in our lives!

I would be honored to have the chance to experience your Got Core dvds, as Christmas alone will be hard to provide the usual smiles on our childrens faces, my husband and I have decided to forfeit our gifts to one another this year.

Merry Christmas and if i’m not chosen CONGRATS to the winners of these dvds.

ENJOY and THANKS!

Hi Dustin,

Since I started working with you this past year, I can definitely see a difference in my appearance, decreased body weight, and strength. Now that both my fiance, Nate, and I are training with you, we are even more committed, especially with our upcoming wedding. It’s no secret that we want to be in our best shape by our wedding and honeymoon.

However, with full-time jobs that require a lot of our time and travel (as you know) it’s hard to fit in as many work-outs as we would like. Having the Got Core DVD would allow us to keep up with our training even with our busy schedules. Also, since I love your core class when I can fit into my schedule, I am already a believer in your program!

Dustin.. I am one of the three you must pick.

You already know my story. I haven’t worked out in YEARS and because of you and some of your clients I now get my butt to your MamaTone class twice a week. The biggest reason for doing this is to get in shape for my 4-year-old who has seizures multiple times a day and I need the energy and body strength to be able to carry him up and down stairs, in and out of bed, etc. He’s not getting smaller so I have to get a lot stronger.

In addition to that, I have what I like to call “a donut of fat” on my stomach that both my 4-year-old and 13-month-old like to pinch.. and let me tell you, it’s getting old and annoying. The “donut of fat” must go.
Your Core DVD workout will help with my mission.
Please be my enabler with this!

Hi Dustin! I really look forward to your chatty emails and down-to-earth videos. I live too far away to make the trips to the classes feasible so DVDs are my way to get fit! I already take a class twice a week that utilizes some of your weight training principles and some cardio bursts; however, I am the youngest in the class at 46 so I feel I can do ‘more’ and would like to challenge myself to work harder.
Thanks and keep those great ideas and DVDs coming!

Hi Dustin–
I also enjoy listening to you on WPR and reading your e-mails full of tips. I recently moved to South Dakota from Eau Claire. The move was stressful, and it involved lots of not exercising and eating at restaurants. Now that the dust has settled, I’m finally back to cooking healthy food at home, but I’ve gained about 8 lbs. I like doing DVDs, because I don’t have to leave home, and I can do them any time. My core definitely needs help! When I got dressed this morning, I put on my biggest jeans and still had a muffin top! Uh-oh… I don’t want to look like some kind of beer guzzling, cheese-eating Wisconsin stereotype in my new state! I would love to win your Core DVD.
Thanks!
Bridget
p.s. I did consider driving from Eau Claire to Madison to try a bootcamp class, though. They sound like so much fun.

Hey Dustin! I would love to experience the “Got Core” DVD’s. I have never been able to attend a core class due to my work schedule. My biggest trouble spot is my stomach and seems that no matter the amount of cardio, classes or lifting seem to make a difference in that area. I have tried it all it seems; on line journals, keeping a food diary, personal trainers, workout videos, protein shake diets, speciality classes… but I have only lost a few pounds and still have the bouch on the belly. I know I need to continue all of those things, but I need a focus for that area to help tone it up.

I would love to slim down before next fall when I need to fit into my wedding dress. I have always wanted to look like a princess as all little girls do, but I have been trying for a few years to look better and having that on my wedding day would be amazing! Of course there is also the honeymoon somewhere warm on the beach… being able to wear a bathing suit and feel good about the way I look would be amazing.

Thanks for the chance of winning the DVD and what you do for the better health of everyone!

Got Core – I want more!

Hi Dustin,

I would be eternally grateful to you if I would win a free Got Core DVD. I am very excited to see what kind of ab “tortures” are waiting for us in the workout.

I am currently doing your fit moms for life dvd series. I must admit though, I am not a Mother. I saw you on one of the morning shows 5 months ago and was so impressed with you and the Mom, I checked out your website. I am currently on the 5th dvd of the series.

I have battled weight issues all of my life and prior to your dvds was a cardio junkie. For the last four years I have maintained an almost healthy weight, I just can’t seem to get to that final stage. I want a glimmer of 6 pack abs. I will be turning 50 in the early months of next year, and that is what I want to give myself as a birthday present – a shot at six pack abs. I know that your dvd will give me the tools to accomplish that, thanks much.

Hi Dustin,

I am spending three mornings a week with one of your Fit Moms. In the past 6 weeks, I have only missed one day…. and am using 15lb weights on most exercises. I can see and feel a difference in my body and how it is toning.

The wieght isn’t coming off yet, but, I am making mini steps with my diet. More whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Since I live in the Phoenix, Arizona area, a phone consultation is probably the closest I’ll get to taking your grocery store tour and with the opportunity to speak to you I’m sure the weight will melt off!

I have an 18 year old son that is a pretty intense exerciser…. with your DVD, he might be willing to work out with me and then I’d have an exercise buddy.

Thanks for putting your program on DVD – I love it!

Today Monday Dec. 7, is my birthday, and this would be a great present to myself.
I am 45 yo, and 25-30 pound over weight since my second child, and is all “rolled” in the waist.
I am working hard to adapt a healthy lifestyle, and would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Better, yet I wish I could do one of your classes , but unforunately I don’t live close enough.

I want more core! :) So far this year, I’ve lost 33 pounds–a lot of it thanks to your workout DVDs. You have pushed me to push myself–and I want more. I live in Central Iowa so I am too far away to take advantage of your Madison classes–or I would. That’s one reason I need the DVDs. I also have a bad back and I know I need to work my core better to keep staying active. I had a C-section when I had my son 6 years ago, so getting that area strong has been more challenging than ever. I still need to lose another 40 pounds–so keep the DVDs and the core coming!

Hi Dustin,

I will be 50 next August. My goal is to be Fabulous and Fierce at 50! Physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Sometimes I have struggled on this journey, struggle with the motivation, but your newsletters have helped me. Not just because of the physical workouts but the emphasis on the whole approach, the need for a support system. No quick fixes here, but a way of life. I love it! I want to be excited about my 50th birthday and you are helping make that happen. I struggle in particular with my core muscles and I recognize how important having a strong core is for my overall health. So I am especially excited about your new Got Core DVD.

I appreciate you recognizing moms. With many of us working full time as well as raising our children, it is refreshing to be reminded of the importance of taking care of ourselves.

Thanks for all that you do! God Bless!

I so appreciate your personal interest and all the help and support you and Abby have given. I still have a long way to go but I can finally do some push-ups on my toes! With two small children and my husband traveling out of town this week, I am so bummed that I can not attend morning bootcamp this week. Luckily you have DVD’s!!! So I can exercise to those when I am unable to attend bootcamp during the week. I have 2 of the Fit Moms for Life DVD’s and would also like to get your Got Core DVD (for me and my husband!)

Dustin,
I am particularly interested in your core dvd because of my need to strengthen my entire abdominal muscle group in the aftermath of a microdiscectomy (L3-L4), and the Surgeon’s warnings of several “bulging” discs. I’m 58 years old and have no intention of slowing down, and although I’ve given up ill-advised activities such as cutting/hauling/splitting firewood, I intend to stay active as long as possible. My current physical activities include hiking the hilly terrain of Central Wisconsin year ’round and slinging ten Lbs. of brass over my shoulder for extended periods of time (playing banjo).
Thanks for all the great emails!

Hi Dustin,

I have wanted to participate your bootcamps or mamatones but have not been able to because they don’t work with my schedule plus I had foot surgery at the end of September. My foot surgery has really limited what I could do for workouts. I am very interested in toning up my body. I don’t remember ever having a flat or toned stomach. I have always had a little extra in my stomach area even before kids and even when I was working out on a regular basis. I had my two children in my late 30′s. I am now 44. Since having my children I have gained 15 pounds and I have a muffin top. I am very self conscious of my muffin top. I have tried many programs but nothing seems to work. I am trying to get myself out of my rut so I am looking for a program that will actually work for me. I am the type of person that once I notice results I want to keep going and keep working at it. I first started watching you on NBC15. I was interested in the exercises you offered and the results. I told my husband about it so he signed me up to receive your e-mails. This week I am participating in your grocery shopping outing which I am looking forward to.

Please consider me for a Got Core free DVD. I know if I get one then it will be up to me to do the work. I am ready to do that. I would love to have exercises I can do in my home that may give me the stomach I have never had. Thank you for your time.

I’m planning on going somewhere warm in February and would prefer to not have strangers push me back into the ocean because they’re confusing me with a beached whale. Oh there’s a core there somewhere, but I need to look hard to find it and there’s no way a swimsuit is in my immediate future. With the recent development of the white stuff falling from the sky, the DVD would be an awesome tool for the days I can’t make it to boot camp. You’ll have the pleasure of knowing that you can kick my keester without me ever leaving my home. Thanks Dustin!

I read this post and all the comments when I got home from work this afternoon. After reading the posts, I thought to myself that there were so many others who deserved the “Got Core” dvd more than I did. I wasn’t even going to write and try. I continued my day, but kept thinking about the dvd. I came to the realization that this kind of thinking is how I got to where I am. Everyone else is more deserving, the kids deserve more, my friends deserve more, my family deserves more. I put everyone else’s needs before mine. I decided that I need to stop. I need to do something for myself for a change. I may not deserve the free dvd more than anyone else, but I need to at least try.

My core has been a trouble spot for me since the birth of my twins just over 7 years ago (I have 4 children, the twins are the youngest). The doctor told me that I would never get my abdominals completely back in shape and thus far, I haven’t. A nurse measured my waist for a “brace” the day after giving birth to the twins and that was the smallest my waist has been since. My waist is currently 2 inches larger than that (7 inches larger than when I first got pregnant with my twins). It is disheartening. I have been trying to get back into shape, but get very frustrated when I don’t see results. I also feel like I don’t have the support I need from my family.

Thank you Dustin for all of your work with mothers. Do you think that you will get some classes in the Janesville area soon?

You know Justin it just doesn’t seem fair. In March of 2008, right after my 40th birthday I finally joined a gym. Prior to that day, I had made every excuse in the book as to why a gym/exercising was just not for me. But on March 18th I walked into my local YMCA in full dress, paid for my membership and started on a journey that would change my life in ways I’d never imagined.

At first I set the goal to work out for 1-hour 3x’s a week. At the time it seemed like an honest goal, not too lofty and very reachable. It wasn’t long however, before something bit me in my big flabby bum and I found myself, pretty consistently, working out for 1.5 to 2 hours a day 5 days a week; lifting weights, running on the treadmill, doing Yoga, taking spinning classes, you name it and I was giving it a shot. The next thing I knew I was in with the “fitness crowd”, then I was running races, and less than 9 months after that fateful March day, I began training for my first triathlon. I didn’t even know how to swim, but I was in the pool taking lessons alongside the 4- and 5-year olds.

So here is the unfair part…all that work and I haven’t lost 1lb. At first I gained 7 lbs. and then lost it. When life gets hectic and I don’t have time to eat right I may lose a pound or two, but it always comes back to that magical number on the scale, that will not budge. Sure I look, and feel, different too, but I’m nowhere near where I want to be.

I recently happened upon your website and I’m hoping that I’ve found the magic pill. I like the style of exercise that you teach. It’s easy to keep it fresh daily and mix and match routines. But I need a boost, I need to know more—I study your website, I’ve ordered your fit mom’s video, I’ve downloaded your “21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Nutrition Plan” and I’ve put a plan into action. I can’t say I see results yet, but I do feel stronger and I have re-energized my lust for fitness once again. But that video “Got Core DVD” would just be the icing on the cake for this stay-at-home-mom of two who would just like to fit into her wedding and engagement ring again at some point in the near future.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Trish

Hi Dustin,

I would LOVE to win a copy of your new DVD because I am 8 months pregnant and looking for something more hard core after I give birth. I have been doing some modified core exercises and I do bellydancing as well–however, I pulled a groin muscle and have been learning to slowly work with it and through it.

However, because I have been working on some core exercises even while pregnant, I can still safely lift 40 lb boxes of kitty litter and 50 lbs bags of salt for the coming winter! I even do the vacuum exercise, and it’s pretty interesting to suck in the diaphragm and lower pelvic muscles and see just my belly and belly button popping out! People have told me that despite being a month away from my due date, I don’t walk like a pregnant woman, which is a great compliment. I can’t wait to step it up a notch afterwards!

Hey Dustin!

I LOVED YOUR BOOT CAMP and I would love to spread your AWESOME workout ideas to Northern Wisconsin!

You may remember when I came to Madison on a family trip a few weeks ago. I had contacted you ahead of time and you, very graciously, invited me to join your Boot Camp class at Supreme Fitness on a Friday morning! What a treat! I REALLY loved the challenging exercises you provided.

We didn’t get enough time to talk more after class, but I instruct a Step/Strength Training class in the Minocqua area and since taking your class, I’ve tried to supplement my Strength Training class with some of your exercises. Needless to say, they have been A HUGE HIT!

I’d love to incorporate more of your ideas into my classes, giving you full credit, of course. If I could win a FREE Copy of your NEW Got Core DVD, you could send along some flyers for me to distribute to my participants. What if I could talk them into a ROAD TRIP to Madison!!

On a personal note, I’ve carried that post-pardum pouch for many years, even though I faithfully have worked out at least 3 times/wk and watched the diet. I love incorporating core exercises into more aspects of strength training and feel that this is a step in the right direction! Also, since following you through emails/website, I no longer drink pop and try to cut out carbs after 4pm. You’ve really impacted many aspects of my life!

Even if I don’t win the DVD, you need to know that you have a bunch a believers here in the Northwoods and we thank you for making your ideas available to those of us outside of Madison too!

When we’re out of sync and physically unbalanced, everything becomes stressful and complicated. “It’s up to us to make the choice to take control or let it have its way.” I choose to take control! It sure took me long enough. I haven’t been there in 2 long decades and I am excited!

My two teen girls have never seen me thin and my husband probably can’t remember when. The girls don’t believe moms can have abs, let alone share their clothes. Well that’s gonna change, they better put locks on their closets! :) 2010 is sincerely the year of change at our house. Making fitness is a priority! The core is now my new focus starting with your Core DVD.

I’m turning 55 in January, and with your help and your fitness DVDs I believe I can make a radical shift in my body, loose 50 lbs and fit into those smaller size skinny jeans. I am setting new goals. I WILL lower my BMI, get my blood pressure and glucose levels under control, and have a healthier life.

Since the day you dropped off the first DVD of your MomaTone series I have been inspired, motivated and determined to take the necessary steps. My entire family has made long over due changes to nutrition, exercise and positive lifestyle changes, even our little Peekapoo has benefited.

Dustin, you have found your niche. You have the focus, drive and personality to succeed big, not to mention that encouraging smile. You already have inspired many women of all ages to step up and take action. I hope you continue on this path of innovative little pushes – you are truly effecting lives!!

Thank you for pushing me to reclaim my health!

Dustin,
Thank you for the opportunity to win one of your new DVDs. I would welcome the chance to have a more intense core workout than what I have been doing on my own. I want a stronger core to protect my back. I have been experiencing bouts of back pain since my early twenties after a couple of falls and health and mental health issues that led me to periods of inactivity and weight gain. At my highest weight at the end of 2004, age 38 I topped 280 pounds.
I had a baby at age 40 and a slow thyroid caused weight gain again, even after I had easily lost the pregnancy weight. I’ve worked hard to get my weight to 220 pounds as of my last weigh-in. I want to strengthen my whole body to be a fit and healthy mom to my 2 year old daughter. I expect a stronger core to help me be able to do dishes standing at the sink without my back screaming at me in pain. I expect better posture that will help my clothes fit better, no matter what size I am as I drop pounds. The heck with clothes fitting better — I will look better and feel better with that better posture not compressing all my internal organs! I also expect the core strength to assist my whole body with the lifting chores my body needs to do through my daily life. While I want the flatter tummy that fit abdominal muscles will provide, I know that losing the body fat there is up to how my body chooses to burn its stored fat around my body. I understand the myth of spot training.
As I continue to progress into my 40s and continue my fitness journey, I want people to never question that I am my daughter’s mother rather than her grandmother. Already no one realizes that I am in my 40s, so I want to keep reversing the clock with your help, Dustin!

Dustin,

I am less than a month away from 50. We all realize that this gets harder with each year passing and I finally made the commitment to put forth enough effort to do something. Three years ago I had a double whammy that I’m still trying to recover from; high stress incident at work where I was dedicating 100 hours a week for 3 months; and menopause. I have survived both but the toll around my middle section paid the price. With my continued workouts at Boot Camp and Zumba my waistline is shrinking; but I am not there yet. I’m sure you core dvd could help me continue toning up my core. Thanks for consideration.

I am a single mom of three boys–they are 11, 10 and 6 years old. I have been struggling to lose my belly fat since the delivery of my first son. I have done many workouts to target this area and have had little success. I do have a stronger core than I started out with and will continue to fight to win this battle. I am not sure if I am doing the right combinations or working the right core group. I have worked out with my boys at your Elver Park boot camps and tried some individual workouts also. I would love to get this new DVD to jump start my body into a stronger core. I have been limited to what I can do, as I have lost my job last March and have not been working since. I am struggling with the balance of having more time to workout, but not enough funds to go to the classes that teach you what to work on. I would be very humbled and grateful if I was able to get your new DVD free and would probably wear it out! Thanks for the opportunity to learn from you, Dustin.

I am trying to get back in shape after having 2 BIG babies in less than 2 years. I was a regular MamaToner during my second pregnancy and LOVED it!! Unfortunately I haven’t yet been able to manage getting back to MamaTone. It’s hard to juggle the schedules of an active toddler and a newborn who is not a good sleeper. I’m a stay-at-home Mom so this DVD would be GREAT to have to use during the kids’ afternoon naptime. I’m having a harder time dropping the weight after baby #2 but have already decided that I am going to get back in shape over the next 6-7 months. Have a goal to lose 20lbs by July (beach trip!). This DVD could help me get started! Dustin: I will make it back to MamaTone in January, promise!

Hi Dustin! I am 47 years old and started excercising last December when we bought “Wii Fit”. After turning 40 and quitting smoking at the same time, I was tired of carrying around an extra 30 pounds and needed to do SOMETHING to get rid of the added weight. In February a co-worker introduced me to “Fit Moms for Life” and I have been hooked ever since! I lost over 20 pounds and am stronger and more physically fit than I’ve ever been in my life. I have lost inches off my waist which I am thrilled about and attribute to the core training on the DVD’s, particularly vacuums. However, I would LOVE to firm up my abs even more and I know that your new core DVD is the key!

Thanks for your generosity!

Hi Dustin, I’ve been following your e-mails for a couple months and just finally decided to make a move. I received your first video in the mail today and tried to follow it while my one and three year old stole my balance ball and begged for my weights. I have been off my fitness routine for three years now and after watching my weight slowly continue to increase I’m ready to do something about it. I’m hoping your videos will provide the motivation and inspiration I need to take my body back. Attending you bootcamps and Mamatone classes don’t work with my schedule, so I’m hoping to benefit from you videos. I’d love another to add to the routine.

Hi Dustin,
I am the mom of 6 kids, they range in age from 18 to 4. I am finally making a little time for myself and am doing the DVD’s three days a week at 5:15 in the morning with my friend Val. We are seeing results. I have only lost 6 pounds but feel stronger and more energetic everyday. Val and I could really use the core video to advance our workouts. The hardest part of my workout is the core. I am strong in the weight section, hang in there through the interval training and then struggle through the core. I would like to use the core DVD to up our workouts to 5 days a week. Thanks for considering us.

Hi Dustin,
Why I need the DVD… I have 3 young kids, ages 6, almost 4 and 9 months old. I struggle for the time and energy to work out since I work evenings and am a stay at home mom otherwise, but I do work out for an hour at least 3 times a week. I was in a car accident almost 2 years ago that injured my back and neck. I am trying to find exercises to work my core stomach muscles to help relieve the back pain I have as a result of the accident.Thank you for considering me.

Hi Dustin!
Why do I need the DVD, Got Core?…I really started working out consistently about 2 months ago, with your Fit Mom’s for Life DVDs. I know this is going to sound silly, but I’m not even a mom. I went to school with you, and was actually part of the Big Break group that went to Panama City in ’06. I am also a babysitter for While You’re Out Babysitting, which is how I found out about all of your amazing work. Throughout high school, I was always in sports, so I never needed a work out program, and in college, I played intramurals and had some pretty active roommates. But when I graduated, my working out took a dive. I didn’t belong to a gym anymore, and I didn’t have people around me to motivate me. I made a commitment to your program, and 2 months ago I started working out routinely and eating healthier. Since then, I have lost 9 pounds and 6 inches. Abs has always been a part of the program that I just can’t get myself to do. I get sick of doing the same old thing and that’s why I think this video would be perfect for me. I know you have talked about dreams and goals. My dream is to wear a bikini when I go to Miami in March and be extremely proud of my stomach. I want core! Also, my boyfriend is a huge fitness fanatic, and abs have always been a challenge for him. If I win the video, not only would I be benefitting, but my boyfriend as well. I am confident that if I won the video, we would push and work with each other to GET CORE!!!

PS-Thank you for all of your time and dedication. I love reading your posts and am always learning something new.

I am 22 years old and getting married in about ten months. I would really love to lose some weight before the wedding as would my fiance. We have tried the whole gym thing and that didn’t work well with our schedules. We have both looked over your website thoroughly as well as talked to other people about your programs, and we think that your workouts are just what we need to get in shape for our wedding. Hi Dustin,

I would love your new Core Ab workouts! I dreamed of having a child before 40, and am so blessed to have had my lil’ guy and then turned 40 one month later! Now, three years later, I need to find my core again! Thank you for your help & I wish you much success with your new DVD’s! Jill

Hi, Dustin!
I’m a 47-year-old mom living in Marinette, WI. I’ve been doing the Fit Mom’s for Life DVD workouts for over two months now and I just love them.

The years of “momming” and putting myself last have left me with a very weak core! However, I’ve quit smoking, started eating very, very health, and I’m doing the DVD workouts 6 days a week. Now that I’ve begun to make so many life changes, thanks to you, I realize how much more there is to do. BUT living up here in the North Woods of Wisconsin doesn’t give me a whole lot of options for exercises and group support! You are my lifeline!!

I would appreciate the Got Core DVD so much that I can hardly express it!

Thank you, Dustin, for everything!

I am dying to have your new core DVD and would love to win 1 of the 3 you are giving away!

I’m friends with Kim Sveum and she had told me about the Healthy Mom’s Segment as she was starting it w/you. That is how I came to learn about you and the training you do. I am so interested in your MommaTone and Bootcamp classes, but I cannot make anything work in my schedule, which is a total bummer! I live on the East side of Madison and I work full time. I have 2 young children (2 and under) and a husband who has to leave for work early in the morning. So, the locations and class times do not work with my schedule, which is unfortunate. Maybe some day they will! But, if I could take a little of what you do at class and have that at home with me, that’d be half the battle! :)

Dustin,

Just wanted to thank for all the lessons and core classes. Even though I have not been able to attend any classes resently I am very much on track doing core exercises 3 times a day. Even though it might not show, I have to say it is wonderful being able to stay away from back pains. Having a DVD to keep everything fresh and being able to recall movements for gotten would be awesome!

Hi Dustin,
I would love to win one of the DVD’s. My core certainly needs some work after 2 kids. What I would really look forward to is the phone consulation. I feel like I am losing the battle and need motivation to get back on track. I need to get my head back into the game. I am sure the DVD and an inspiration phone call would do just that.

Hey Dustin,

I am a big fan of yours! I see you on the news and really enjoy your techniques and attitude about fitness.

I will be turning the BIG 30 in a few months and my goal is to get back in shape! I just need help to reach that goal.

Over the last year I have unfortunately not stayed on top of the workout . Along with that, my Chiropractor said that I need to work on strengthening my core. He told me it would help keep me out of pain and that is just what I need.

I think about getting a trainer to help me reach my goal. Your new DVD set would be the perfect thing to get me started!

Thank you Dustin for this opportunity and keep up the great work.

Today my daughter leaned her head on my shoulder and said, “Mom, you have too much muscle now. You’re not as comfortable as you used to be!” That’s the result of hard work at BootCamp. I’d like to have the same result for my core, which is why that DVD sounds perfect. I hope to be one of the chosen few!

These core workouts (much like the Boot Camps I’ve been attending) will continue to help me take charge of my recovery from an automobile accident earlier this year. Fortunately, this is the first time I’ve ever been knocked down (health-wise), and now I’m all about getting back up! Thank you Dustin and Abby for lending a helping hand through your Boot Camps and now by way of this DVD.

Hello Dustin, I am 5’7, weigh about 120 pounds and just found out that I have Osteopenia. I am desperately in need of doing the right exercises to help keep my bones strong and muscle strength. Could you suggest the right program for me? Also my mother is 85. It is getting hard for her to walk because of where she lives and also her health. I am looking for some exercises that I can help her with to keep her muscles from getting too tight so she can walk better. Thank you, Diane Ostrander

Diane,

I am glad you are taking your osteopenia seriously! I think my fitmomsforlife.com program would be perfect for you. It involves total body resistance training with challenging weights, this is what is going to get the bones stronger and more dense. I studies osteoperosis a lot in college, and the research is promising of the benefits of weight training, but for it to be effective you need to lift challenging weights.

I am giving the first DVD and CD away for free, just pay shipping, then you can decide if you want to do the monthly program.

So check it out… http://www.fitmomsforlife.com

As for your mom, have her do things like getting up and down from a chair, and shoulder presses above the head, also stretch her quads out everyday.

Thanks,
Dustin

At 44, I am in better shape than I have been since playing collegiate volleyball, I can’t wait for my next Fit Fun Bootcamp workout!”

before

after

It has been 17 weeks since I started the bootcamps. I have lost another 20+ pounds, lost 2 1/2 inches from my waist, have significantly increased my upper body strength, have tons of energy, no backaches and actually like myself again. Bootcamps have allowed me to make new friends and build a great support group while at the same time giving me individual attention , support and motivation . They work you hard, but it is well worth it.

Becky went from a size 18 to a size 4 in less than 1 year!

before

after

Dustin had talked to the Mom’s Club that I’m in and I contacted him about personal training at home in October 2008. I was shocked at our first session because I couldn’t even do a single sit-up, yet he was having me do crunches on the ball while holding a dumbbell!

His workouts were so intense!! But they WORKED!! I was amazed how fast I progressed. I was also very impressed with how great he was at avoiding exercises that could cause additional injury or stress to my knee.

The before picture was taken AFTER I had already lost about 20 pounds shortly before I started working with Dustin. In the first 3 months working with Dustin, my weight went down to 124 and my bodyfat percentage went down from 27% to 18.4%. Plus my cholesterol was borderline high and I was going to have to go on medication for it. It is now completely normal from the weight-loss and exercise.

Now for one of the biggest changes — I just went shopping for new jeans. What a difference it was to go shopping for clothes. Last year I would have been in a size 16. I’m now a size 4!

"Alecia did MamaTone All Through Her Pregnancy and Got Ripped Soon After Giving Birth!"
before

In the beginning of my second pregnancy I was again doing cardio classes and feeling pretty good I thought. Then my sister and I decided to try a Mamatone class (same as bootcamps) and wow, was it different from what I had been doing! I was sore for 3 weeks straight (a good sore, the kind of sore that makes you feel like you did something great!) and I wasn’t even a newbie, I exercised 5-6 days a week!

I had never used heavy weights before, the heaviest I had ever lifted were 10 lb dumbbells and I thought those were tough! Other than being sore what I noticed most at first was how my body was different from my first go round. I was gaining weight at about the same rate but my body was so different. I was leaner looking (in a healthy, pregnant way), less swollen and my muscles were more defined.

"Patty is in her mid 20's and is in Better Shape than at the Peak of Her Swim Career!"

before

after

I tried running and lifting weights after work, but once winter came I lost my motivation. All I wanted to do after work was sit at home and watch TV in the warmth of my apartment. I joined Dustin's Fit Fun Bootcamps and after the first 6 weeks I had lost 6 lbs and started to eat healthier.

I have lost almost 40 lbs since May of 2008. I am in better shape than I remember being in even while I was at the peak of my swim career. While I feel great having lost all the weight I gained after college and the fact that I am able to wear clothes that I haven’t been able to wear in over 5 years, I am most excited about the increase in energy that I have each day and how good I feel after a workout.

“Where do I start? Ever since high school I was on the slow train to weight gain, when suddenly the slow train stopped off at “How on earth did I let myself get this far?” Each time I went up a pant size I would tell myself, “This is it - I refuse to go up another size.”

After the first bootcamp session I had lost about 11 pounds - not bad for six weeks. I signed up again and continued to sign up for every session offered through December. As a result of eating better and going to boot camp, I have now lost 53 pounds and have more energy and can do more things. I am still about 45 pounds away from my goal, but am motivated to keep on going.

I have learned that the number of pounds lost is not the only measure of weight loss success so I will list the rest of my stats. Due to the weight loss and toning effects of bootcamp, since March I have gone down 3 pants sizes and have lost 2 inches in my upper arm, 7 inches in my waist, 6 ½ inches in my hips and 4 ½ inches in my thigh.

I encourage everyone to try Dustin’s Fit Fun Bootcamps - it is for people at all stages of fitness as you can see by my story. It is a fun and rewarding experience and I am thankful everyday that I had the courage to try.

“I feel better about myself and exude more positive attitude!”

I love the workouts. They really do work the whole body and are challenging. I especially love how I feel after I am done with a work out. Even though it is a challenge to get up earlier in the morning, I feel great the rest of the day. I even feel better about myself in general and exude a more positive attitude!

Thank you for making my work outs family friendly so I can do them in the comfort of my own home!

“When I saw this program I knew it was the program for me!”

Dustin, when I heard you on Public radio, and listened to you describe your program, I knew by the end of the show that this was the program for me. I immediately signed up. I have tried countless exercise and eating programs before and failed, but I think what has made the difference this time is that Fit Moms For Life is so comprehensive and fits into my lifestyle easily. The other thing I find so great, and surprising, about Fit Moms for Life is your commitment to the program. I go to your website almost daily to see what's new and look for encouragement.

“I love not having to spend much time working out!”

I found out about this program while listening to the radio in the car after my first doctor's appointment concerning a torn meniscus. I had upped my cardio to 60 minutes 4 days a week and added weight training in between. I had no positive results with weight loss. I got knee surgery and received the first video a week later.

Of course I was anxious to get started but have had to take it easy on the lunges and cardio portions of the videos but I've lost about 6 pounds since I've started. I like not having to spend so much time working out. I also like the e-mails and encouragements. They keep me focused.

“This program has saved my life!” High praise!

There is probably no higher praise than the words of gratitude that come from a parents mouth when they speak about their children......Simply stated, my mom called you a "LIFE SAVER"-I think she was in shock when I walked in the door a much smaller person then I was 3 months ago when she saw me last.

Sometimes I forget how far I have come!

I hope you know how much your time, expertise, and caring are appreciated-you make a difference on a daily basis, when most people settle for making it through the day. You are the answer-with great appreciation.

“I lost 10 lbs in just the first 3 weeks!”

I am 55 years old and have always been in poor shape. I saw you on TV and decided this looked like something I might enjoy. I have been on the plan (DVD & Healthy eating) for three weeks. I have lost 10 pounds and feel like I am getting in shape.

My favorite thing is treating myself three times a week with a smoothie after my workout for breakfast. It’s kind of like having desert for breakfast.

My husband and my co-workers have all said how good I’m starting to look, that’s another positive that keeps me going.

-Donna

“After starting your program I went kayaking with the family and had more energy than in many years.”

I am definitely enjoying the program. I enjoy the biography's of the mom's on your videos and find the nutritional information very helpful.

Over the Labor Day Weekend our family went camping and kayaking. I felt more fit and energetic than I have felt in a long time - even though I still have a long way to go before reaching the goals I've set for myself.

I really appreciate your e-mails, they are filled with encouragement and information that make me feel like I really have a support group. I have been telling people at work about your program and I think they are waiting to see what kind of results I have. I won't let you down.

Thanks for the great program,

-Dawn

I like the cardio much better than all the work and time I used to spend on the treadmill or the elliptical- usually about 40 minutes. I notice that on the DVD’s, you keep a good pace between the strength exercises (I like that & it keeps me going), so makes me think I am taking too long of rest periods at the gym.

Tara needed to buy a new belt because of Fit Fun Bootcamp!

Hey Dustin I just wanted to share a little something with you. Earlier this week I had to go buy new belts!!! Since I started bootcamp with you this past summer I have slowly been tightening up my belts. Well I finally ran out of holes to go smaller so I had to buy some smaller ones! I still have a long way to go but the progress I have made so far is the most progress I have ever made - now I just have to get serious about the eating part of this whole weight loss thing and I am all set! Thanks Dustin!

I am impressed with the DVD and have gotten some outstanding educational advice. Your workouts are both fun and challenging and I definitely get a great work out when I do them. I feel so much better about my physique since working out with weights.

I will be 53 yrs old and plan to continue to get stronger and better rather then let myself go. I got the DVD only 2 weeks after my father died, and it was such an uplifting experience for me to learn about the importance of weight training!

Because of being introduced to your program, I am really interested in competing in a fitness modeling show.

“I love the Fit Moms For Life Program and I recommend it to all my friends!”
The DVDs have made an impact on my life.

I work out 5-6 days a week now. Sometimes just 30 minutes doing strength training and cardio and sometimes doing cardio and core or flexibility. I'm on my 2nd DVD and love them. I look forward to the workout and feel like I have accomplished something and have done something for myself.

I can feel myself getting stronger and feel more energized. These workouts make me want to eat better so I get maximum benefits. I am trying slowly but surely to change my eating habits and am making positive strides in the right direction. The workouts motivate me and make me feel good about myself. I look forward to the new DVD and love working out now!

Thanks for all the support through emails it keeps me motivated!! I love the program and am recommending it to friends!1 I truly hope they try it!!

Thanks Again!!!!

The workout kicks my butt. I’m very determined to make this work and excited too….I really hated going on the boring elliptical night after night.

Angie Nihles

First of all I want to thank you for the wonderful DVD's. They are great!

I have to say that the workouts are very challenging and really get my heart rate going. This is something that I haven't been able to acheive with my old workout. Just with that aspect alone I have more energy and am feeling better about myself.

Thank you again for the great work outs. I LOVE THEM!!!

“The Fit Moms For Life DVD is great for beginners!”

Dustin,

I have used the first DVD several times now and do like it. I am not someone who is looking to lose weight, I was (still love it, just not as involved) a dancer and have been involved in different types of athletics and exercise all of my life.

I've heard you speak on public radio a bunch of times and am very moved by your commitment to helping people (Lots of dad's out there who need this also!) change their lives for the better. I found your DVD to be great for beginners because of its simplicity and your cues of what to be aware of as the exercises are performed and also for more advanced exercisers as a time efficient way to get in a basic routine that covers all aspects of a good workout.

I have lots of DVDs and this will be a set that I know I will return to frequently, especially when I'm crunched for time.

-Dia Kleitsch

“Before starting Fit Moms For Life I couldn’t do a pushup, one month later I can do 7!”

I have been on the program for about 1 month. I started a sugar detox program (one I received from my friend) 2 weeks before I started your fitness program. In the last month, I have lost around 10lbs.

I will say I am very out of breath when I do the video, but I know I am benefiting from it. Moreover, I have increased some of the weights within this last month.

When I started the program I could not do 1 push-up. Now I can do 7. My goal is to be able to do 10 by my anniversary. Yeah!

-Kelly Rounds

“I went from a size 6 and now my size 4’s are falling off!”

Sorry it took me so long to get to this. I am too busy doing Fit Mom's for Life DVD's!!

I am really enjoying the Fit Mom's for Life DVD's. I try to do the weight lifting, cardio & abs 3 times per week. I do interval and hill running workouts on the other days and usually take off 1 - 2 days per week. I have always been a long distance runner and relatively thin and fit.

Since starting my new strategy in May and then adding Fit Mom's For Life in July I have lost 10 pounds and really toned up. My clothing size has went from a 6 to a 4 and now all my size 4's are getting loose.

The biggest benefit of Fit Moms For Life for me is I can workout at home in the morning while my three young daughters are sleeping. I never enjoyed strength training and these videos really help me in this area and I am seeing the benefits. They move quickly through the exercises and are tough if you use challenging weights.

Thanks for a great program!

-Karen Endres

“I really feel like I have hired my own personal trainer”

Your program has given me hope! It's changed how I eat. I love the fact that Jody struggles a little in the first DVD. It makes me feel like it's ok to struggle too. I've seen her TV spots on your website and know how far she's come since then. Amazing!!

I recommend the Fit Fun Boot Camps for anyone at any level of fitness.

I participated in Dustin’s Fit Fun Bootcamp during August and September, 2008. I was to reintroduce myself to a workout, something that had fallen by the wayside in my busy life. I signed up for six weeks. I was very happy with the process and the results.

The process was everything the name says: It was fun. We were shown an interesting variety of body strengthening and cardio tasks. The other participants and the trainer, Brandon, were a lively group, and I found it to be a nice way to finish out a work-day. I was much more fit by the end. I rediscovered muscle groups that I had long forgotten, and increased my overall ability to move well and move fast.

I was impressed with the change in muscle tone in just those six short weeks. And it was a bootcamp. The trainer was well prepared with all kinds of torturous sets of strengthening and core building exercises. If we finished early, we were congratulated with a few bonus reps of a new exercise. This is something I would never make myself do, and yet I could feel my body liking the challenge.

After we graduated, I missed the workouts and I missed the people. I recommend the Fit Fun Boot Camps for anyone at any level of fitness. It was a great time.

Abby Lost 23 lbs and 6 Inches Off Her Waist By Quitting Her Cardio Addiction and Beginning Her Fit Fun Bootcamp Addiction!

before

after

Despite my numerous hours at the gym, engaged in my Cardio Queen activities, I couldn’t lose any weight…and more specifically, couldn’t lose any fat! After years of frustration and low self-esteem, I signed up for Dustin’s Bootcamps.

I enjoyed it so much and saw such great results, that I’ve been going ever since! Bootcamp is great because every day is different. I never get tired of it because each workout is unique and continues to challenge my body. Dustin pushes me in a way that I would never push myself (but it’s always in a positive manner…none of that yelling that you might think of when you hear about “bootcamps”).

Because of the continual challenge, I am down to 127lbs and 13.5% body fat, from a bodyfat of over 29%! More importantly, my self-esteem has risen and I feel better than ever! I love going to Fit Fun Bootcamps. Not only has it helped me lose weight and tone up, but also the friendships I have gained are the best.

Finding time to exercise has been a problem of mine for a long time. I work a full time job as a nurse and caring for my young kids doesn't leave me much time for myself. I knew though that it was important for both me and my family. I decided to join Fit Fun Bootcamps after seeing some of my friends make amazing transformations. I sacrificed and got up each morning at 4:30 to drive 40 minutes to Fit Fun Bootcamp. The rewards and benefits have been staggering. I have dropped over 50 lbs. I went from a size 18 down to a size six and have lost over 30 inches off my body! My energy levels are so much higher than before and I feel great getting up at 4:30 AM and have energy to make it all day long.

I would encourage anybody thinking of Fit Fun Bootcamps to definitely give it a try.

By the time my baby was about 11 months old, and I weighed close to 170, I was frustrated and tired of not fitting back into my prebaby clothes (or any clothes in my closet for that matter).

I accidentally ran across Dustin on Craigslist and his MamaTone class (similar to bootcamps) sounded intriguing. I met with him before signing up, took the complimentary class, and I was hooked!

After 4 months of MamaTone classes, I lost 30 pounds and met my goal weight for October. Since then, I’ve lost another 10+ pounds while taking his Fit Fun Bootcamp classes. I have muscle definition throughout my entire body, energy to keep up with my family, and strength that astonishes me everyday! My prebaby clothes…are too big! Stronger, faster, thinner and healthier are the best words to describe the results I have experienced participating in Fit Moms For Life DVDs. I have been an avid runner for most of my life running 5K, 10K, half-marathon and marathon races. Running kept me “in shape” through college and three pregnancies yet the dreaded muffin top remained.

The results, more than I could have expected. After six weeks, I started to see changes in my body. Approximately eight weeks into my training, I ran a 5K race and was the 10th woman to finish. I took an amazing five minutes off of my 5K time from last year. More important than that, I am running injury free. I have also lost 15 pounds and me arms, back, waist and legs are so much more toned and I feel great about it.

""Mom of Two Little Daughters Drops 3 Dress Sizes, 6 Inches off her Waist, and Is In The Best Shape of Her Life."

before

after

In my late twenties, I gave birth to two daughters, who are 20 months apart. Life was very busy and stressful, and my eating habits and exercise commitment further dwindled. So did my self-esteem. Seeing that I was unhappy with how I looked, my husband would occasionally suggest (albeit very respectfully) that I try to exercise. Although I know he had the best of intentions, it made me feel even worse.

A little over a year ago, I decided that I needed to change. I saw that Dustin was offering bootcamp classes 5 minutes from where I live, Six weeks later, I had lost about 8 pounds and several inches around my waist and hips. I have been going to bootcamp for 15 months now, and have lost 20 pounds, 6 inches in my waist and 4.5 inches in my hips. I love working out with my fellow bootcampers and watching others achieve their fitness goals. At 33, I am in the best shape of my life!

"Mary at Age 40, Dropped 2 Dress Sizes and is in the Best Shape of Her Life!"

before

after

I saw a brochure on Dustin’s Fit Fun Bootcamp that highlighted several success stories which got me excited so I signed-up.

I was apprehensive at first because I thought bootcamp might be too advanced for me because the only form of exercise I did on my own was speed walking on a trend mill (occasionally!). But I found the instructors to be very supportive and great working with people at all fitness levels. Plus the people in my class were very encouraging. I immediately fell in love with the program. I love the variety of exercises and the camaraderie of group exercise.

Within six months of joining Fit Fun Bootcamp, I lost 14 lbs, dropped 2 pant sizes, and lost my muffin-top that hung over my jeans! At 40 years old, I am now in the best shape of my life! Thank you Dustin and all your fantastic instructors!

Megan hardly recognizes the person in her before pictures, since dropping 20 lbs and 3 dress sizes!

When I had to buy larger shorts last summer I decided to sign-up for FitFun Bootcamps as a birthday present to myself. What a great gift!

Friends and family commented often about how good I looked but I really didn’t understand until I saw a picture of myself from 6 months before Bootcamp, I barely recognized myself! I pulled out the boxes in my closet I was going to donate and went back through them. It was like going to the mall in my own house, things I though I’d never wear again fit and looked good!

There were mornings I did not want to get out of bed, I was sore and tired. Now, 3 sizes and 20 pounds later I am glad I did! I am pregnant with my second child and am in better shape then I was with my first.

My food journal is still active and my chart of progress from bootcamp with my burpee count and run time are still on the fridge, an everyday reminder of how far I have come.

“I've been on the program for just over a month, so I've just started doing the second DVD. I absolutely LOVE it!!”

In April, 2009, I quit smoking (hurrah for me!!). I've been smoke-free for over 6 months now, but I gained nearly 25 pounds and at the start of the program, I weighed in at 190. I took the "before pictures" and did the measurements that you recommended, although I'm not yet ready to share either with anyone.

Over this past month, doing the first DVD faithfully every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, I lost 7 punds and 7.5 total inches. I'm extremely happy with the results so far. And I know I'll keep getting better! Even though the numbers aren't totally impressive yet, I can feel so many changes in my body! Muscles are forming again! I'm feeling stronger! Clothes are fitting better! My attitude is excellent!

“My husband can tell the difference!”

It probably has just been two months since I got started but it has been going great.

I am really in to it and like it a lot. I get bored really easily so your workouts are perfect for me as you are never doing one thing for very long.

I do the strength training M, W, F and the Cardio and Core T, Th with the warm-up and cool down every day. I do it first thing in the morning. I took it as a compliment when my husband said the room smelled like a gym when I was done one morning.

I am definitely getting stronger and was even passing people on a recent 25 mile bike ride. My husband said he can tell the difference. I can squat and lunge much better without a lot of soreness. I still have days where things hurt but not as much and I still need to get heavier weights.

So thanks for being the solution to my workout dilemma which went on for a couple of years. I truly am very thankful!!!

“Each day I surprise myself at what I can do!”

Dustin, It really helps me to stay on track when I know you truly do want everyone to succeed and do care how we are doing on the program. Your blog is also very helpful to keep me motivated. It’s funny how, even though I’ve never met you, it seems like I know you. I have been having very good results so far. I took my initial measurements on 8/12/09 which was about 2 weeks after I started the program. When I checked my measurements yesterday, I had lost 1 inch in my chest, abs & thigh, ½ inch in my waist and ¼ inch in my calf and I have lost 4 lbs. That may not seem like a lot to some people but because I was fairly slim to start with these are big changes for me. My initial goal was to lose 10 lbs in 6 months so I’m almost half way there. I did take before pictures but have not taken any after that. I have kept at it and have surprised myself and am getting much better at the exercises. I still have a long way to go but I’m feeling much better about it now. The other big change is the muscle definition that I have especially in my arms, shoulder & back. My husband even comments on how much muscle I have gotten since I started the program.

Thanks, -Donna Robinson

“This mom is stronger than her husband and loving it!”

Since I am currently in the Bootcamp program, I have only done the video weekly - a few times over the weekends. However (!!!), my husband has been benefiting from the video workouts! I have completed the strength training portion using 14# and 25#, he is using 8# and 14#! I can also complete more toe-push ups than him!

I knew the bootcamp/strength training was working, just not that much! (The past few years he has been concentrating his workouts on cardio, not strength). I am sure it won't take long before he passes me in strength, but for these few weeks, it has been fun to be stronger than my husband! Thank you for helping us both be stronger, fitter, leaner parents for our children.

“I have stopped using the treadmill!”

Prior to joining Fit Moms For Life and receiving the DVDs I was already involved in a weight training program and was making good gains.

The main reason I joined was because I wanted to receive the DVDs so I had other options for my workouts. I am very grateful I did. I have incorporated some of the routines from the DVDs into my workout. Also, I have stopped using the treadmill for my cardio and instead am using the cardio recommended in your DVDs.

I truly feel I get a better workout with your cardio program. An added benefit is I am not having to workout for as long.

Thank you, Dustin!

“I no longer need Weight Watchers!”

I LOVE the DVDs!

So I just received your second dvd in the mail today and I watched the nutrition and interview. WOW, SHE LOOKS GREAT!! What an inspiration!

I had already done your dvd #1 when I got home from work and I was almost tempted to do dvd #2! I'm going to try the cardio tomorrow and the rest on Sunday.

Thanks for creating such a great program! I've quit my Weight Watchers membership and have begun your suggestions on food.

“I love how quickly the entire workout moves”

There really isn't time to think about the workout as "work". These are the types of workouts that I love. I love the interval section. I appreciate that the cardio is over in a flash and that my knees are not killing me afterwards.

When I am finished with the workout I feel great and strong. I love that I am not punishing myself on treadmill or in a spin class trying to change my body into the shape that I want.

-Louise Brown

“I love being a healthy example to my kids!”

I have completed the workout #1 13 times and #2 once so far. I love it. I can do 10 true push ups, followed by 5 knee push ups now - couldn’t do more than 1 at first. I can do the front and side planks for the whole time - needed to modify and still struggled the first couple times.

My kids are around frequently while I am working out and they have become great cheer leaders! It makes me feel good to be setting such a good example for them.

It is so convenient to have the DVD and just do it when the time allows vs. going to a gym etc. I have lost 4.5 inches so far - a full 2 inches around my belly ( thanks to the vacuum!)

-Patti

“My hips and knees don’t hurt as much anymore on your program!”

I am older than most of your participants, turning 55 in Sept. I am also very overweight, started out 288 August 1st, but was 279 as of last Friday.

As you might guess, this has been a lifelong issue for me. But I was looking for an exercise program that I could easily do at home. I first saw you on the ABC morning show, looked you up on your website and really liked what you had to say.

I have always loved to walk, but found that both my hips and knees would be hurting afterwards. That has not been the case with your program, in fact I think that my joints feel better. Definitely not as stiff, easier to move during the day. Your program is easy to understand, easy to adjust to your fitness level and easy to do in your own home.

Thanks Dustin!

“I tell everyone about the Fit Moms For Life Program!”

I am totally enjoying "Fit Moms For Life." The workouts are extremely well planned and build upon each other, so I feel challenged without being overwhelmed.

I workout 30 minutes a day, alternating one day of warm-ups/strength training/stretching with another day of warm-ups/cardio/core/stretching. This way I stay on schedule, it's easy to fit into my day, and I don't over do the weight training.

I have talked about "Fit Moms" with almost everyone I know, simply because it is such a great program. The online connections through Dustin's blog and the comments of other participants really help me feel part of a group who is working together.

“After only 2 weeks on the Fit Moms For Life Program, my daughter and I are noticing change!”

My daughter and I started your Fit Moms For Life Program 2 weeks ago we have 2 weeks on the first DVD an are enjoying it.

We have noticed change already an will continue. Some days it’s hard to fit everything in but we have managed. I’m 50 an Jessica is 22. Thanks for the interest in keeping people fit no matter what age.

“I have biceps that would make Michelle Obama jealous!”

I am now convinced that you are truly evil - just finished DVD #3 for the first time & thought I was going to die. Actually, I didn't even "finish" it - I abandoned the cardio segment because my legs were still screaming from the Satanic wall sits.

Your DVDs have been the answer to my work-out needs. Since June 30, I have lost 14 pounds (122 to 108) and have biceps that would make Michelle Obama jealous! And I'm 47, a runty 5'0", and no kids, and still benefit from the workouts. I've gone from using 5# dumbbells to 20# on many of the exercises. It works if you work it!

Thanks for the DVDs and your inspiration, and thanks to the regular moms who are the stars!

-Becky
